Terms of Use - Recurring Transactions Categories

These Terms of Use for the Quickteller Recurring Transaction Service (“Service”) do not in any way terminate, amend or modify other terms, agreements or policies that apply to your Quickteller account. You shall continue to be subject to Terms of Use of the Quickteller Platform which are hereby incorporated.
In addition, your use of the Service shall be subject to any applicable regulatory guidelines or rules.

DESCRIPTION OF THE SERVICE
  • The Service is aimed at providing a self-service option to users to enable such users schedule payments for specific periods and the transactions are processed automatically accordingly.
  • All transactions performed are final and cannot be recalled except in the case of a proven fraud.
DEBIT AUTHORISATION
  • You hereby authorize Interswitch to debit the credit card, debit card or ewallet account that you have specified in your Recurring Transaction Schedule (i.e. the set-up form containing payment instrument details, next occurrence date, transaction amount, transaction type, duration, cycle period), in accordance with the details contained in same.
  • You warrant and agree that the payment card/token specified by you for automatic payments is, and will continue to be, an account that you own, and that you will maintain sufficient funds in the account linked to the applicable payment card/token to pay the designated amounts.
  • The automatic charge to your designated payment card/token will occur on or after the due date specified during the plan setup process.
ONE TIME PASSWORD
Safetoken will generate a 6-8 digit One-Time-Password (OTP) whenever a new Recurring Transaction Schedule is being set up. However, it will not be required for us to debit your selected payment instrument in accordance with your Recurring Transaction Schedule.
TERMINATION OF THE SERVICE
You may cancel the Service at any time, by deletion of your instruction via the Recurring Transaction Schedule portal no less than 24 hours before the payment due date.
DECLINED/FAILED PAYMENTS
In the event a transaction is declined or fails for any reason, we will notify You of the failed or declined transaction and the transaction shall not be re-processed.
CHANGES OF PAYMENT TOKEN
Changes to payment instrument details contained in the Recurring Transaction Schedules shall be made via the Recurring Transaction Schedule portal no less than 24 hours before the payment due date.
MISCELLANEOUS PROVISIONS
  • We reserve the right to terminate, change, suspend or discontinue any aspect of the Service at any time and without notice.
  • We reserve the right to amend these Terms of Use at any time and at our sole discretion. We shall give you notice of such amendment by publication of the amended version via the Quickteller Platform. Your continued access to and use of the Service is your acceptance of and compliance with the updated Terms of Use. If you disagree with any part of hereof, do not access the Service.
